LPGA Championships

Hello Again! Well I am already home in Florida and have spent most of my day laying out by my pool with the music cranked trying to forget about that last road trip! Last week especially was quite disappointing. I always go into majors with high expectations and with us playing at Bulle Rock I was more confident because I have played well there in the past. One of my coaches, Ian Triggs was over and although by Sunday I think we had pinpointed a couple of things to work on in my swing and a few keys with my putting, I was never able to have the confidence with it all to put it together for the tournament. So after a couple of days off I will be back to work with some extra gusto to try and get things turned around by the US Open.

The last couple of weeks, I have had different friends and fans follow me at both events that I played in. It is always great to have people I know out there supporting me. I know of one fan (I don't need to name them) that comes out to quite a few times during the year. I think that person will know that I am talking about them and I just want to say thanks for all of your continued support over the years. I really do appreciate it!

As for my week off, I don't have too much planned. Of course there will be practice! Oh joy!! But I also hope to catch up with a few friends and spend a bit of time on my boat. I'm not sure if there is fishing on the agenda, as I am still having a hard time eating all the fish we caught in the Keys last time I was home! But I will get out on the boat, even if it is just for a bit of a cruise around. With all that to fit in, I hope to watch a bit of the men's US Open too. You have to like Tiger as the favorite but I am hoping the Aussie guys will be up there. Geoff Ogilvy is playing the best out of all the Aussie's and the fact that he has won a US Open, I would have to say that he is my pick to be up there with a shot.

That's it for now. See you next time!
