G'Day Everyone!  I am currently in Rochester, NY for this week's tournament.  I traveled up here today after being at my home in FL for the week. Nothing all that exciting to report this week. Just a little R & R at the beginning of the week, then a little practice from Wednesday on. I did get to catch the US Open at times over the weekend. What a week the men had!  Brutal!  I wasn't sure who I was cheering for in the end. I was glad to see David Duval up there playing well. Also I thought it was a great effort for Phil Mickelson to play as well as he did under the circumstances.

Moving on from the US Open, the big sporting event this week, is the second game of the State of Origin.  I am getting up early Wednesday morning to watch the Mighty Maroons make history in beating the NSW Cockroaches for the fourth year in a row!!  I can't wait!  I will have plenty of dinner bets to collect on from all the New South Welshman on tour!

Alright, apart from all my sport watching, I am hoping for a good week this week. I have played well here at Locust Hill C.C. in the past, having won the event a couple of times. So let's hope I get it going early in the tourney and keep it going.
